Watch for us every Thursday, the leaders of Penny Pincher Costumes Inc/Entertainer Central will start at their shop on Concession Street and do a 5km walk in full costume. The first costume was with none other than Black Panther – Wakanda Forever and honouring the heroic Chadwick Boseman. Support us so we can help the young patients at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre.
The Pediatric Radiation Therapy Program at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre treats all children who require radiation as part of their treatment. It is the only program that offers this specialized care to our youngest patients. They have special needs to tailor their journey while continuing to treat them as children and make their visits to Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre as pleasant as possible given the circumstances. There are special tools, equipment and props needed to make everything tailored to them.
