This page has resources to assist you in completing your chosen run or walk for Strides.
We have integrated a fitness app called Strava that is directly embedded on this page. We invite participants to join our Strava Club “Strides” so that your activity is automatically uploaded onto this page for other participants to see.
As we get closer to the event date, information on the timed run aspect of the event will also be located here. We will be providing chips and bibs for participants to accurately track their activities.
We have also included below the routes for the 5km walk and 5km run so you can prepare in advance and know where you will be running or walking on event day.

The Foundation has embedded a ‘Strava App Widget’ as a convenience to Strava App users who wish to share their activities and running times with other participants for this event. Hamilton Health Sciences / Foundation are in no way affiliated with the Strava App and we do not control, recommend or endorse and are not responsible for this application or its content, products, services or privacy policies. Use of this App is purely voluntary.
