At Strides, you can take part in a 5km walk or timed 5km run. The event also features a vendor village with breakfast and lunch options, health and wellness activities like yoga, and live entertainment.
Strides raises awareness and funds for Hamilton General Hospital Foundation and St. Peter's Hospital Foundation.
